Congratulations to Ashley Lane on her promotion to Senior Account Executive!
Ashley is a go-to performer within the MWW Dallas office, specifically on the Samsung Mobile account. Over the last year, Ashley generated significant share-of-voice and media coverage for Samsung’s first 8 megapixel camera phone in the U.S., the Samsung Memoir. Ashley produced major launch events like a pro, juggling the Memoir’s complex product features with celebrity event integration including supermodel Helena Christensen and acclaimed rock and roll photographer Robert Knight.
Ashley also serves as project manager for Samsung Mobile’s major trade shows, CES and CTIA and under her leadership, the STA PR team has increased Samsung’s media placements and impressions every year. From handling dozens of product award submissions to scheduling hundreds of executive interviews, booth tours and analyst briefings, Ashley never let even the smallest detail slip through the cracks.
Ashley has also excelled as the supervisor of the MWW Dallas intern/associate program since she first took charge in August 2009. Two of Ashley’s associate hires have since become permanent members of the MWW Dallas office. Ashley has a keen eye for talent and has been an outstanding mentor to junior staff overall.
As a result of Ashley’s tireless efforts and work ethic, she is taking on additional responsibilities on the Samsung Mobile account in 2010, adding management of the Sprint PR/carrier relationship, as well as overseeing the T-Mobile relationship and executive positioning & speaking opportunities.
